Visual Studio 2012 and Windows XP

Liquid XML Data Binder
In Visual Studio 2012, Microsoft added a new option 'Platform Toolkit' to the General properties page and added the option to target Windows XP.

The Liquid Runtime files named 'xxx_xp.dll' have this option set to XP.
