Application Fails to run

Activation and Installation FAQ (Liquid Studio and Liquid XML Data Binder)
If the Application Fails to run, giving a .Net Error Message such as:

Unable to generate a temporary class (result=1). error CS2018: Unable to find messages file 'cscompui.dll'

It may indicate that your .Net 4.0 installation is corrupt.
