Configuration system failed to initialize

When running the application you receive the error message "Configuration system failed to initialize".

You should be able to fix this issue by deleting the user settings from the hidden user folder:

Vista - C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\Liquid_Technologies_Ltd
XP - C:\Documents and Settings\[UserName]\Local Settings\Application Data\Liquid_Technologies_Ltd


You may need to change the settings in Explorer to 'Show hidden files and folders' in order to see the folder.
