What is the difference between the 4MB and 98MB downloads?

Note: This is no longer applicable, only the full offline installer is now made available for download.

Web Installer

The 4MB Web Install only downloads the items selected in the installation component tree.

Offline Installer

The 98MB Offline Install is useful for closed environments without internet access and for if you experience firewall issues during installation.
