When using the Visual Basic 6.0 XML Data Binding libraries on machines that have not had the product installed on them (either a development or target machine), you may get the error "VB6 runtime error 426 - can't create object"
The VB6 Runtime needs to be registered on the PC (this should be there is you have VB6 installed).
The Liquid VB runtime files, LtXmlComLib10.dll and LtXmlComHelp10.dll, in the <install>\Redist10\COM folder need to be registered, but these should be registered when Liquid XML installs.
Finally, MSXML4 needs to be installed, as this is used by the Liquid VB runtime to load xml files. You can download and install this from: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=3144b72b-b4f2-46da-b4b6-c5d7485f2b42
