Runtime Error in Setup Script on Windows 10

Note: Windows 10 Support was added in Liquid XML 2016, Version: 13.2.3.6018 on Tuesday, January 5, 2016.

When installing previous versions on Windows 10, you may see the following error:

Runtime Error in Setup Script.

External exception 80000003.

This is due to an issue with Flash animation in the installer conflicting with a Windows 10 patch released on the 28th December 2015.

In order to install / uninstall a version of Liquid XML 2015 showing this error, you will need to perform a silent install / uninstall.

Please follow the instructions outlined in the knowledge base article:

Later versions of Liquid XML 2015 have the Flash animation removed in order to work on Windows 10.
