Generic '...has an invalid token.' error raised if validation against a schematron fails

When I try to validate some XML files against a schematron, if there is something wrong, I can only get a very generic (and to be frank not very useful) '... has an invalid token.' error.
This happens both in the Free Online XML Validator (Schematron) and in the desktop Studio.
Is there any way to be able to get the exact error as per the schematron?

I tried this in Liquid Studio and I got errors such as:

Can you please provide an example so we can replicate the issue?

Please create a support ticket if the data is commercially sensitive.
