Generate global JSON schema documentation for a project
Question asked by Stephen Lawrance - 7/12/2024 at 5:30 PM
Answered
Is it possible to generate HTML documentation for all the JSON schemas in my project (rather than a single selected file) so that the output is indexed from a single location and thus can be navigated as such?
In the generator it does not allow me to add additional schemas - the controls are disabled.
Thanks.

Hi,

You can just add the other schemas on the first page of the Wizard by clicking the 'Add' button...

Hi, thanks for coming back, but as I said the Add button is disabled - I can only seem to do this for a single document at a time.  The wizard opens me at the Documentation Type page of the wizard.  I can click the Back button, but the controls are disabled.
Interestingly, if I have a XSD open I get the option to add.
I am using Data Designer edition.
Thanks.

Sorry but I cannot replicate this issue, all I am doing is:

1. Open a JSON Schema.
2. Click Tools->Generate Documentation.

Which version of Liquid Studio are you using?
