Working on editing a lot of larger XMLs exported from a system that are well formatted. A lot of the work involves moving or copying data from within specific tags/nodes within to others and moving/replacing data into others using the design functionality.

The highlight and copy paste functions seem to be very hit or miss. I can sometimes click in a cell and highlight and drag down and highlight all, sometimes it'll only highlight a single cell and not be able to be dragged and sometimes it'll highlight and change the cell for text entry and not allow any drag/highlight. This is especially frustrating as this was part of the core functionality needed 

I can do a copy/paste via keyboard shortcuts but it's also frustrating that shift/control select similar to windows shortcuts is unavailable.
