Where can I find the downloads?

When I login I cannot see any downloads in the my downloads page I just see the message
'There are no items available for you to download.' ?
 
and in fact on my the licenses page I see
'You do not have any licenses associated with your account.' ?

It looks like you purchased via a reseller.
 
I have now linked the license to your account and added the correct download rights.
 
You may need to log out and back in to see the details in your profile:

Please note, your license is Liquid XML 2014 - Developer Bundle, to use the latest 2017 version you would need to purchase an upgrade.

We are having the same issue and also purchased through a reseller. How does one link their license to the Liquid XML account?
